ALL “ON SALE” ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY, “CLEARANCE” items have been discounted 40% or more and cannot be returned or exchanged (they are final sale) – this policy excludes coupon code discounts which are treated as regularly-priced merchandise.
Basic Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we inspect every order before it goes out. If you don’t love your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt with an accompanying Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns received without an RA# will not be refunded. To facilitate the process please do the following:
- Within 3 days of receiving your order, email us with the CONTACT FORM with “RETURN” + YOUR ORDER NUMBER in the subject line or message body to obtain an RA#. If your order contained multiple items, please indicate the ones you are returning. We will get back to you quickly.
- Include a note containing your RA# with your return (or write your RA# on the original packing slip and include it with your return).
- Mail your return package within 14 days of receipt of the original order (the date that the order shows up as delivered in USPS tracking) to the following address:

All outgoing deliveries from us are tracked with USPS delivery confirmation and the time limit is calculated from the date your package was confirmed delivered. Returns with an RA# that are post-marked after the 14-day window will incur a 20% restocking fee (reflected in a partial refund). Note that returns received without an RA# will not be refunded.
All returns must be in unused, original condition, with the packaging and/or original tags attached and intact (including the small yellow one). Clothing must be in unworn condition — e.g. no deodorant stains or other damage — to be refunded. Items received damaged will not be credited. Please package your return securely. This policy especially applies to shoes. Please make sure your shoebox is enclosed in a shipping box that will protect it. The shoebox itself is not designed to take the beating a shipping service will put the package through. We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Please contact us if there are any questions.
For “exchanges,” just return the item in question and reorder it from the site in the new size/color desired. When we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund for the amount of the purchase and any applicable tax (the original shipping charge of $4.99 will not be refunded). A delivery charge of $4.99 still applies to the newly ordered item. In essence, you are just returning an old order and placing a new one. You choose the method of shipping back your return.
If a return or exchange is lost in transit during the shipping process, we are not responsible for that loss because we cannot monitor the workings of the shipper you choose — so if there is any question, please insure your item for the full value.
ALL “ON SALE” merchandise can be returned for store credit in the form of a coupon code that does not expire or another size if available. If a size is not available, you will receive a coupon code for future use. Items that are “CLEARANCE” have been discounted 40% or more and cannot be returned nor exchanged (final sale). This policy does not include full-priced items that are reduced using a coupon code (unless they were on sale already and the coupon was applied concurrently). About STORE CREDIT
Store credit coupon codes must be used all at once. For example, if you have a $500 store credit and only buy $250 worth of merchandise, the remaining $250 will be lost. If you desire your store credit to be split into multiple coupon codes for future purchases, please let us know when you email us for your RA# and we can set this up for you. Store credit coupons can be stacked — please see below.
Applying COUPONS/STORE CREDIT
Most of the time you can only use only one coupon for each order. However, in the case of store credit coupons, multiple coupons can be stacked (with discount codes as well). TO STACK COUPONS, just enter each code individually and press the “Apply coupon” button. Do not use commas to separate the coupons, just put one coupon code in the space and press the button. Repeat this process until all desired store credits and coupons are applied. The ones you entered previously will remain active in the cart and the discounts will be additive.
