What new items are you expecting?
The page “What’s Coming?” lists everything we are expecting and the approximate dates of delivery. This helps you make shopping decisions in advance. Since we have the best prices on the web for Porto Clothing, Prairie Underground Clothing, Deca Paris Clothing, Planet Clothing, and Koch Clothing, our customers would prefer to purchase from us. We understand and would like to make this planning process easier for you.
What is your Return Policy?
The Return Policy is detailed in the Return & Exchanges section under *Shop Policies*. Please review before purchasing from this site. Purchasers agree to abide by all the site policies. We uphold all policies for all customers to maintain fairness and do not extend special privileges. We care about all of our customers regardless of order size.
Why don’t you offer Free Returns?
As of now, Coup De Grace Clothing is a very small operation (it is a family-owned small business, a Mom & Pop Shop of sorts) and we are unable to offer free returns. Hopefully, as we grow, we will be able to offer free returns in the future. It is certainly our aim to make the shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To help facilitate that, please refer your friends who love the way you look to our site and help us grow! We hope to become a large company one day to better serve your needs!
How do I pay for my purchase?
Coupdegraceclothing.com uses PayPal as the credit card processor. When you check out, you will be directed to the PayPal website where a summary of your pending order will appear on the left hand side of the page. Just simply follow the instructions on the right side of the page to complete your order. If you have a PayPal account, log into PayPal with your login and password and proceed. If you do not have a PayPal Account, click on the link that says “Pay with a debit or credit card, or Bill Me Later” and fill out the information on the following page. It is as simple as that. You do not need to have a PayPal account to shop at Coup De Grace Clothing. However, you do need to have a credit card or a debit card. If you are an international customer, PayPal may require you to establish a PayPal account during checkout. This is not controlled by us and occurs at the discretion of PayPal.
Can I use my debit card?
Yes, you can use your debit card. However, your debit card must have a Visa or Mastercard logo on it to be processed through PayPal. Debit cards and bank cards that do not have this logo cannot be run as “credit” cards and therefore cannot be processed through the PayPal system. For customers who do not have a debit card with this ability, the only way to purchase items from this website, would be to establish a PayPal account, which draws funds directly from your registered bank account without revealing any information to the website you are placing the order with.
Where will my order be shipped?
The default shipping address is your billing address. However, if the order is a gift, or you want the order to be shipped to an alternate address, just simply uncheck the checkbox on the checkout page that says “Ship to billing address” and a second form will appear for you to fill out a different shipping address. Coupdegraceclothing.com will use the address indicated on this form as the shipping address. If there is any question or confusion about this, we will contact you via email or phone.
Are there any other color/size options available for the products?
All available colors and sizes in stock are listed on the website under the individual product listings (Deca Paris is the exception — see special orders below). On occasion, a size or color that was ordered by another customer may be out of stock, but ends up being returned. If it is in perfect condition, it will be relisted for sale on the site in real time. We do not keep back stock of items. However, if you are looking for a particular item, size, or color, feel free to suggest it via the Contact Form and will give it consideration when stocking the shop in the future if there is a demand for that item. We value all customer comments and suggestions.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
Full priced items that were discounted via coupon code are eligible for return under the usual return policies. ALL “ON SALE” merchandise can be returned for store credit in the form of a coupon code that does not expire or another size if available (see below questions for how to use store credit). If a size is not available, you will receive a coupon code for future use. Items that are “CLEARANCE” which have been discounted 40% or more and cannot be returned nor exchanged (they are final sale). This policy does not include full-priced items that are reduced using a coupon code (unless they were on sale or clearance before the coupon was applied). Know what you are ordering, and, if there is any question, please use the CONTACT FORM and we will get back to you ASAP!
How does STORE CREDIT work?
Store credit will be issued for returned sale items (but not clearance items — those are final sale). Store credit coupon codes must be used all at once. For example, if you have a $500 store credit and only buy $250 worth of merchandise, the remaining $250 will be lost. If you desire your store credit to be split into multiple smaller coupon codes for future purchases, please let us know when you email us for your RA# and we can set this up for you. Store credit coupons can be stacked — please see how to do that below.
How do I apply multiple STORE CREDIT and other coupon codes?
Most of the time you can only use only one coupon for each order. However, in the case of store credit coupons, multiple coupons can be stacked (with discount codes as well). TO STACK CODES, just enter each code individually and press the “Apply coupon” button. Do not use commas to separate the codes, just put one coupon code in the space and press the button. Repeat this process until all desired store credits and coupon codes are applied. The ones you entered previously will remain active in the cart and the discounts will be additive in the final total.
